Artist's Comments

The Maheno ship was driven ashore just north of Happy Valley, Fraser Island, Queensland, Australia, during a cyclone in 1935. Once a well-known trans-Tasman liner, the Maheno was bound for a Japanese wrecking yard when she met her stormy end. Today the hull lies slowly deteriorating in the harsh salt environment, about 10 kilometres north of Happy Valley.

scenario da paura!

I think this is overwhelming. The intense colours and how time touched the wreck, awesome.

i honestly don't tend to be a fan of the really dark blue skies (be it through filters, HDR or whatever) but this is a truly spectacular place and panoramic composition, with colors to match :)
